SRS BOX

I've added some more features for the Virtual Novalis.

The SRS box with overlay is included now. The clearance check will be more accurate for the cranial SRS patients with the overlay printout. Also, some more detail is added underneath the SRS couch mount. This also will improve the accuracy.
