I am sure I only know the skin of this technology.

However, I have been really amazed.
It's quite incredible how the modern software engineering has been put together. It makes so easier to do such a complex job. With ODBC and ADO, you can use Excel and VBA to get lots of things from the SQL server bypassing Mosaiq client. That means you can do your own query and batch process certain information.
